My extensive experience and expertise in managing large gardens on private estates, historic houses and trusts have equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver high-quality results. I have had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of clients, from small private estate owners to UHNWIs, and I understand the unique challenges and opportunities that each garden faces.

There is currently a skill shortage within the horticulture industry, some clients are finding it difficult to recruit highly skilled staff. This service is ideal for garden or estates that may only need a head gardener or garden manager to oversee the gardens on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. This service can also be used for staff training. Sometimes there is a need for an interim head gardener while the recruitment process takes place. Having a visiting head gardener is cost effective and allows more of the budget to be spent on extra labour. Often much more cost effective then hiring a full-time head gardener. Problem solving is a large part of this role and assistance with garden events. Conducting tours and talks also undertaken.
